Shipping & Handling

Yes! Fitness Music uses Australia Post as its preferred shipping solution.

Mail to capital and major cities should reach you from between 2 to 3 days of your order, with regional centres taking no longer than 1 or 2 additional days.

We offer standard mail within Australia for all items purchased. Should you wish to pay for Express Post or Registered Mail options, please contact us at info@yesfitnessmusic.com.au and we’ll gladly make the arrangements for you.

All orders placed before 12PM EST are shipped the same day.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

We stand behind every CD you purchase from our company. No gimmicks, tricks or hassles.

Music not what you expected:
If you are not happy with your CD, call or email our customer service department and one of our friendly customer service agents will assist you.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, please return it immediately. We will be glad to replace it with the same item, plus a gift for the inconvenience.

Incorrect Shipments:
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please send it back to us unopened within 30 days. We will gladly ship the correct item with a free gift as our apology. If you have any additional questions or problems, please contact customer service:
